Hello again.

Managed to clear yet another paper today.

Thoughts and feelings about it? Well, to quote my groupmate’s words, ‘liberated’, I am.

And that actually explains my slight enthusiasm in getting down to some blog management.

If you haven’t already realised, the blogskin has been changed!

Kind of figured that the previous one has too awfully a small font that makes reading difficult. Well and of course, considering how naggy I am, having to read through all that lengthy post with such small fonts must be killing you. And that’s assuming you do religiously read through the entire post. (You better do!, haha)

Realise how the picture (dandelions) never changes?

To be specific, it not that it doesn’t change, but simply that I choose to use it regardless whatever skin it is I fit the blog in. It’s the wallpaper on my laptop too!

Flying dandelions, or dandelions, are such mystical, secretive and unique stuff.

I suppose it’ll be really amazing to be standing in a field amongst them.

Well, that’s all for the update.

Heads up, the next post should be pretty interesting. If it goes as planned and if I’m not too lazy to blog on it.

Bye.

Live Long and Prosper.

Study Partner

The best study company anyone can ask for.

Not only do they help you freshen up (both breath and brains), they act as perfect containers.

Those are candles you see in the yellow container.

The downside to their company?

You’ve got to pay for it. Normal 711 rate is around 4 bucks for a container and that’s 50 mints for you. Anycase I’ve come to realise that a normal priced container should only cost you 2 to 3 bucks. So don’t get ripped. If you get what i mean.

Oh and another downside, overly sweaty palms. A record breaking 12 hours spent in school working on my business computing assignment proved it. Well of course it maybe due to a combination of overdose of mints, lack of proper meals and coke consumption.

It’s sort of a lecture and examination company too. Think i’ve popped at least 20 of those yesterday during my paper.

Favourite flavour? The green one, spearmint i think. Taste like toothpaste! And no, I don’t nibble on my toothpaste though I suspect it to taste equally good.

How’s the paper?, if you ever wonder, good. Thankfully it’s not that diffcult afterall.

Enough of digression already. Off to watching tv, haha.

Thurs paper would be quite tricky.

Fingers crossed and TTFN!

erm brains, it act as perfect c

The News

I was watching this Taiwan award ceremony for their television industry last night and I think I heard the best two-line description someone can ever make of the News.

Not his exact words, but this is what I remember him saying of:

只有在环境差的时候我们才能呈献出好的新闻。

但在这环境差的时候也只有新闻才能让他变好。

His words were more crafted than what it is you’ve read if you understand Chinese. But I believe I delivered the essential keys he mentioned.

Here’s my translated version in English. It’s kind of sketchy though.

Quality news is mostly a product out of a bad environment (climate).

Nevertheless, it is only with such news then can the environment be given the opportunity (or should I say, stress) to become better.

These were the words from this award winner that I picked up from. However vaguely relayed or translated, I hope you see the point.

To add it on, I’ll just like to point it out that these descriptions (or thoughts) of his is only applicable because of the fortunate (or unfortunate, it depends on how you see it actually) environment he’s in, in terms of the country’s liberality.

I would consider his descriptions for the purpose of the News to be at its most ideal.

That’s all for now.

I’m far to busy (lazy actually) continue on with an interpretation or to share my thoughts any further at the point in time considering  that I’m in a 2 days countdown to the start of my exams.

Well, how has the progress been if you’re ever curious…

The progress has been slow, in fact slower than slow (can’t think of a word for it, limited vocab bank).

How I wish OB can be just as precise as that award winner.

The above was some two-liners I heard last night while watching the tele (conversing with my Mom at some point in time and studying for OB) and it got stuck onto my brains right till this very moment.

As of for now, a better wish would be that all OB topics will be stuck in my brains like some two-liners.

They really need some precision.

Shan called to instruct me on what she wants for dinner.

I phone Susan (domestic helper) to relay on the instructions.

Shan’s on the train, I’m in the study and Susan’s in the kitchen.

Both at home.

Technology is just that amazing. Not only does it save you time, it prevents you from exercising.

To the steps I’ve saved!
