Sometime last year I mentioned about not having visited some of the touristy Singapore sites.

The USS, MBS, Marina Barrage, and also the Helix Bridge.

I know, I know, a very shocking list there but still, save your *GASP* if you have not already made one, because…

LYL visited USS!

& … HAD FUN!

Okay now seems like the *GASP* appropriate moment. You know, me with ‘fun’, ‘fun’ with me. That seems like an impossible equation. Once again, I KNOW.

Oh, something more to top of the *GASP-ing* list, I brought a camera out and took pictures! You have got to be a real old reader to get my ‘thing’ with camera and photos. Anycase, PEOPLE have been telling me that I’m a really terrible camera man and it bugs me. If you were to browse through my holiday photos you should notice that I’m in practically all pictures. Not that I’m terrible enthusiastic about taking them but the reason for my frequent appearance in all the pictures are because . . . I don’t really capture decent ones. I mean I try, but they are mostly deleted by Shan. And who do I try taking the pictures of, SHAN. So the complains I hear are mostly, “You have such terrible skills.”, “The lighting isn’t good.”, blah… blah… blah… shutter… blah… blah… blah… “Cannot take pictures for nuts know.”… blah… blah… blah… speed… blah… blah… blah… balance… Haha, kind of added in those camera words, random but it complete the case I’m making.

So, to sum up the above, besides the point of me = bad camera man = don’t get me to take your pictures, it’s gonna be a picture filled post! Or somewhat so you can say.

The rides. Well, I’m a really timid person. My fear of heights is almost as comparable as to my fear of ageing. Actually, MORE. MUCH MUCH MORE. My legs shake and trembles uncontrollably when you throw me on rides. Even cable cars that travel too high and too steep does that. So I wasn’t on that ride you see above. I was tricked into many others by people whom I’ve just met. I was basically screaming through all my rides. Transformer 3D was pretty awesome though. Yes, still screaming, legs still shaking, but yeah, got to admit it was pretty great.

But exactly how badly I was screaming?

If you’ve been to USS you should have seen this kiddy ride in The Lost World called ”Canopy Flyer”. In the description it says that passengers should get to … “Enjoy a prehistoric bird’s-eye view as you soar over Jurassic Park”. Ring a bell?

Well, it didn’t seem that bad at first, and children on that ride looks pretty comfortable enjoying their scenery. When it was my turn, my cousin started to converse about bus fares with me while all I did was to shut my eyes and keep my screams. Up to a point when I can no longer handle it, I interrupted her and started screaming. All through the kiddy ride and didn’t get to either “ENJOY” or see “a prehistoric bird’s-eye view” as said on the guide.

As said, while my brave fellow parts went on that crazily steep and fast roller coaster (above), I lugged their bags and went around taking some pictures.

And… self-shots.

Never been a self-shot obsessed teen and never thought that I might ever be. Well, never say never. I was bored luh. On your own, carrying all bags, with nothing much to do and a camera on hand. A man gots to do what it has to do. Hahaha, and yeah, that’s self-shot.

The company I was with! My cousin invited me along with her friends (same school) and it was the first time I’m meeting them. They are really nice and genuine people (though tricking me on rides) who kindly agreed to all my ridiculous photo requests and dragging on kiddy rides.

HAHA, well it’s a kiddy place (with scary rides) and it makes me a kid. Half the time I feel really childish there. But awesomely happy at the same time. Man, it’s LALA land. Will I be going back? YEAH OF COURSE. Though you practically get ripped every time you need a drink or feel hungry but it’s such a fluffy, airy and happy place. Come on, where on earth will I ever get to feel like a kid again? I know, Disney Land, Movie World and Universal Studios in all other parts of the world but convenience people, convenience.
